March 30, 2025 – Jewelry Trade Center has undergone a comprehensive structural inspection led by Mr. Pong Skuntanaga, Head of Business Development, Central Group, along with a team of experts, including structural engineers from K.C.S. & Associates Co., Ltd., STS Corporation Co., Ltd., as well as Facility Management team, Loss Prevention team, and Building Management representatives.

Preliminary Inspection Results

• The building’s structural integrity remains intact and has not been affected by the earthquake.
• All utility systems are operating as normal.

Operational Resumption Plan

1. Starting Monday, March 31, 2025, the following areas will reopen as usual :

• Shopping Mall (Plaza) : B1 – 4th floor
• Parking areas: B2-B3, 5th – 10th floor
• South Tower : 11th – 17th floor

2. The North Tower will resume operations on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.

อาคารจิวเวลรี่เทรดเซ็นเตอร์ อัปเดตมาตรการตรวจสอบโครงสร้างหลังแผ่นดินไหวเมื่อวันที่ 28 มีนาคม 2568

วันที่ 30 มี.ค. 2568 อาคารจิวเวลรี่เทรดเซ็นเตอร์ ได้รับการตรวจสอบจากทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญ นำโดย คุณพงศ์ ศกุนตนาค Head of Business Development, Central Group พร้อมทีมงาน, วิศวกรโครงสร้างจาก บริษัท เค.ซี.เอส.แอนด์.แอสโซซิเอทส์ จำกัด, บริษัท เอส ที เอส คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด, ทีมงานระบบ, ทีมรักษาความปลอดภัย และทีมอาคารของอาคารฯ

ผลการตรวจสอบเบื้องต้น

• โครงสร้างอาคารยังมีความมั่นคงแข็งแรง ไม่ได้รับความเสียหายจากแผ่นดินไหว
• ระบบสาธารณูปโภคต่างๆ ทำงานได้ตามปกติ

ดังนั้นในวันจันทร์ที่ 31 มีนาคม 2568 พื้นที่ดังต่อไปนี้จะเปิดให้บริการตามปกติ;

• ฝั่งศูนย์การค้าฯ ชั้น B1 – 4
• ลานจอดรถชั้น B2-B3 และชั้น 5 – 10
• ฝั่งอาคารสำนักงาน South Tower ชั้น 11 – 17

สำหรับอาคารสำนักงาน North Tower จะเปิดให้บริการในวันอังคารที่ 1 เมษายน 2568 เป็นต้นไป
