big surprise and great pleasure - the parcel has arrived.   We (my wife and I) just returned from a short vacation this morning and I received you parcel. My neighbour took it; so I hadn´t to go to your post office to fetch it. My neighbour told me that the parcel already arrived on Tuesday the week before. It was so quick. Didn´t you tell me it will take up to three weeks? I still have a few more days off so I have plenty of time to add all my new crystals to my collection.
As allways - dear Lindsay - having the crystals in my own hands they are much better and nicer then they appeare on the photos in your shop. It´s always like Christmas when opening your parcel. Ruby crystals great, cut Sapphire wow!
Everything is wrapped so carefully and also cutoms was no problem - all in all a perfect 10 for the items, your service and the smooth and quick transaction.

Once again I would like to thank you very much for your help and kind assictance.

The stones came today at noon! They are absolutely beautiful!  The peridot is a pool of mesmerizing green, and the mottled ruby cabochon is an intriguing mix of orange and pink. Thanks so much, you have a great website
